REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our services, all fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Consulting Services
Initial deposits secure the engagement and are non-refundable. For milestone or installment-based agreements, fees are due for all work completed up to the point of termination, regardless of which party initiates it.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
Refund eligibility for digital products, tools, or subscription-based platforms varies by product and will be stated clearly at the point of purchase. Each platform is subject to its own refund terms.
Exceptions
If EduLearn Connect is unable to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
