TERMS OF SERVICE

EduLearn Connect offers instructional review, learning design, and capacity building services. Engagements are formalized through a project proposal and consultancy agreement, which governs the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each project.

All work is defined in writing prior to commencement. Any requests beyond the agreed scope require a written amendment and may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Payment structures vary by engagement and may be project-based, milestone-based, hourly, or retainer. The applicable terms are outlined in the individual consultancy agreement. Work does not commence until the initial deposit or agreed payment is received.

All work product remains the intellectual property of EduLearn Connect until delivered to the client and paid for in full. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the signed agreement.

The client is responsible for providing timely access to required information, personnel, and feedback. Delays on the client's part do not hold EduLearn Connect liable for missed timelines or deadlines.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the signed consultancy agreement. Fees for work completed to the point of termination remain due.

EduLearn Connect is not responsible for program registration, accreditation outcomes, or the implementation of delivered work. The client agrees to indemnify EduLearn Connect against claims arising from the use of delivered work products.

EduLearn Connect may offer digital products, tools, and subscription-based platforms developed under the EduLearn Connect brand. Each such product or platform is subject to its own terms of service, which will be presented at the point of access or purchase.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
